7/12 TGPR schedule and Saturday night dinner

Gates open at 7:am central time, we will shoot for a drivers meeting at 7:45am and on track by 8. We have the track until 5pm, but I don't think we have yet made it that late before everyone has had their fill. We are working on groups now, but they will likely not be finalized till that morning.

If you have not already, please tell me your experience level- novice, intermediate, or advanced. We will try to group drivers accordingly, as well as by car.

For anyone coming down to Anniston/Oxford the night before, we will probably meet up for dinner, beer, and bench racing around 7pm at Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon, 171 Colonial Dr, Oxford, AL 36203. Just ask fior the Tracks Unlimited group, or look for the loud obnoxious group telling lies about how fast they all are....

For those of us trailering a car, can we drop the car/trailer/hauler at TGPR saturday afternoon by any chance?  I always get nervous when I have to park in a hotel overnight.

Yes, they said dropping the cars and trailers saturday evening would be fine. Call Micheal Peden (706/581-9436), he is in contact with the owners and can arrange to let you in.

Great so I'll try and drop the car/trailer/hauler off tonight and then we just take the wife's car back to the hotel.
