To save bandwidth, the most resourceful and efficient way to post a picture is to remote link to a photo hosting service such as Photobucket. See step 1.
If you do not wish to setup a free photo hosting service (which is HIGHLY recommended), please skip to step 2.
1. If you are linking to a remotely hosted picture, instead of using "Additional Options", simply click the small picture frame icon and enter the direct URL of your image in between the {img} and {/img} tags as shown below.

2. If you are replying to a current post, click "Reply" in the post you want to reply to.

3. Click the "Additional Options" link below the text box.

4. You will then see an information box asking you to browse your computer for a picture file. Click "Browse".

5. Once you have located the picture on your computer, click the file name on your computer and it will put the name of the file in the information box.

6. Now you are ready to type your text in the text box above and then hit "post".
